Welcome to the Voices of Nicotine Recovery (VONR). You have found what we believe is the best place on the Internet to quit smoking or using nicotine* and recover from your nicotine addiction! All of our meetings take place on Paltalk. Please see the Calendar & Meetings page for more information.
It is our intention that this website might help newcomers get to know about us and our program of recovery, Nicotine Anonymous. We are a group of nicotine addicts (mostly smokers) who gather together to support each other and to learn about 12-step recovery. We invite you to read the literature on the “NicA” website, such as the pamphlets linked under our Resources link.
We invite you to our World Services Conference in Cleveland, OH, April 21-23, 2017, for a weekend of fellowship, workshops, business meetings, speakers and a chance to celebrate our recovery. For more information and to register: NicA 2017 Conference Info PDF

*It is NOT necessary for you to have quit using nicotine in order to join us. Our group is for our members and run by our members. All are welcome! Please feel free to join VONR’s Yahoo Group at https://groups.yahoo.com/neo/groups/voicesofnicotinerecovery/info and make a post to the message board (called “Conversations”) introducing yourself and ask any questions you might have. We would love to have a chance to get to know you, and to have you join us on our journey of recovery from nicotine.
Nicotine Anonymous is a fellowship of men and women helping each other to live our lives free of nicotine. We share our experience, strength and hope with each other so that we may be free from this powerful addiction. The only requirement for membership is a desire to stop using nicotine. There are no dues or fees for Nicotine Anonymous membership; we are self-supporting through our own contributions. Nicotine Anonymous is not allied with any sect, denomination, political entity, organization or institution; does not engage in any controversy, neither endorses nor opposes any cause. Our primary purpose is to offer support to those who are trying to gain freedom from nicotine.
We offer support of our 7th Tradition: Every Nicotine Anonymous group ought to be fully self-supporting, declining outside contributions. To make a contribution to the VONR Virtual Basket, click on the Donate or Subscribe button below. Contributions support the VONR Chip Program, this website, donations to NicA World Services, and other expenses approved by Group Conscience.
